Must See Must Do

There's always lots happening in Hull and East Yorkshire and the Christmas season is no exception. If you're looking for Pantos or Festive Markets, big brands or independent boutiques, things to do with the kids or ways of getting away from it all we have it here.

This year you don't have to travel to Berlin or Cologne for a traditional Christmas market experience, there will be one right on your doorstep! With gifts, crafts and food flown in from Germany, this promises to be a magical festive village of exciting gifts and tasty treats for all the family.

Hull's Christmas grotto, in Queen's Gardens, right next to the German Market will be a magical place to meet Santa and his elves this Christmas. Visit Santa's Grotto, tell him your Christmas wishes and receive a small gift! All for just £2 per child, this also includes a 50p donation to our nominated Christmas Charity - Dove House Hospice.

Our family of elves have hidden themselves all over the city centre - track down all ten on the Hull FC Elf Trail map, answer a simple question about each one, then enter the free prize draw to win a weekend in Disneyland Paris!

Elf Express

Take a ride on the free open top elf themed double decker during Thursday late night shopping, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays! It will whisk you and your shopping across the city centre.
