Stewart's Burnby Hall Gardens & Museum

The magnificent and beautifully laid out gardens incorporate two lakes which contain a National Collection of Hard Water lilies, recognised as one of the largest displays found in a natural setting in Europe and are teeming with a vast collection of fish which can be hand-fed. Burnby Hall gardens provide nine acres of changing vistas which include a Woodland walk, Victorian and Secret garden, extensive rockeries and a fine collection of ornamental and indigenous trees. The Stewart Museum houses Major Stewarts remarkable range of cultural and religious exhibits collected on his 8 world tours in the early 20th century.
